As we value our customers, we want to provide the best service at all times and deliver the freshest flowers. If at any time you are not completely happy with our service or product, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to go the extra mile to correct any errors or oversights. We can redeliver the same arrangement or offer a credit at our discretion.
If the customer is not at home, we endeavour to find a shady, protected location to leave their order until their return. In extreme heat, or in the event of a shady protected location not being available, we will bring the flowers back to our coolroom after leaving a note stating this, in the letterbox of the customer. It will then be the responsibility of the customer to collect the flowers from our coolroom.
