Refund Policy

As we value our customers, we want to provide the best service at all times and deliver the freshest flowers. If at any time you are not completely happy with our service or product, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to go the extra mile to correct any errors or oversights. We can redeliver the same arrangement or offer a credit at our discretion.

Delivery Policy

Please find our delivery guide below. If you are outside of the delivery cut off times, please give us a call and if we are able, we will try our best to help you out.

Order online by for same day delivery for Armidale township (Mon-Fri by 2pm, Sat by 10am) and Uralla townships (Mon-Thu by 2, Fri by 10).

We can provide regular deliveries to the following townships:

Bendemeer: $20 Mon to Fri - order by 2pm Mon to Thu, by 11am Fri 

Bingara: $25 Tue to Fri - order by 2pm previous day

Bundarra: $25 Tue to Fri - order by 2pm previous day

Glen Innes: $20 Mon to Fri - order by 4pm day before

Guyra: $15 Mon to Fri - order by 4pm day before

Invergowrie: $15 Mon to Fri - order by 2pm

Inverell: $20 Tue to Fri - order by 2pm previous day

Kootingle: $20 Mon to Fri - order by 2pm Mon to Thu, by 11am Fri 

Moonbi: $20 Mon to Fri - order by 2pm Mon to Thu, by 11am Fri 

Walcha: $15 Mon to Fri - order by 10am same day

Warialda: $25 Tue to Fri - order by 2pm previous day

If the customer is not at home, we endeavour to find a shady, protected location to leave their order until their return. In extreme heat, or in the event of a shady protected location not being available, we will bring the flowers back to our coolroom after leaving a note stating this, in the letterbox of the customer or telephoning or texting them. It will then be the responsibility of the customer to collect the flowers from our coolroom.
